I am proficient in object-oriented PHP 5 programming. Past projects include developing a proprietary content management system for a design agency, building a remote system to deploy content to media kiosks in retail stores around the world, and developing a web application to launch personal profile websites.
Favorite tools: PhpStorm, Composer, Laravel, CodeIgniter
I have been coding websites since the days when IE6 still ruled the web. I write clean and semantic responsive HTML5/CSS3 that works consistently across modern browsers. I have experience with writing JS for everything from simple user interactions to full web application GUIs.
Favorite tools: Sublime Text, Sass, jQuery, Bootstrap, Gulp, Bower
I started working with WordPress at version 2.0 and have developed countless themes and plugins since then. Sage is my current starter theme of choice and I've used WooCommerce extensively. My claim to WordPress fame is the "Quick Edit" feature which began its life as the Manageable plugin and then was integrated into the core.
Favorite tools: WooCommerce, Sage Theme, Advanced Custom Fields
Aaron is a brilliant software engineer who consistently delivers impeccable code. If that were all, he'd still be valuable but Aaron has a knack for seeing beyond the request and investing time to find the optimal solution–even if that path is less obvious or requires more effort.
Aaron is a genius at WordPress. I've had my full trust in him as my developer for many years. He built the template for my blog many moons ago. As WordPress updates have rolled out over the years, I have never had any issues arise. Most bloggers I know cringe at the prospect of a new update, but I never have to think twice. In addition to Aaron's knowledge as a developer, he is wonderful to work with. Aaron IS my web development wheelhouse and I couldn't live without him.
